1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ
- ข้อมูลบัญชีทีมงาน ได้แก่ ชื่อ อีเมลหรือเบอร์โทร (หรือรหัสผู้ใช้ LINE) เมื่อเข้าสู่ระบบ
- ข้อความในกลุ่ม LINE ของร้าน ที่เป็นคำสั่งของระบบ (เช่น เงินสด สรุป ปิดร้าน) พร้อมชื่อที่แสดงใน LINE ของผู้พิมพ์
- รูปสลิปโอนเงินและรูปใบเสร็จ ที่ส่งเข้ากลุ่มหรืออัปโหลดในหลังบ้าน ใช้ตรวจความถูกต้องและเก็บเป็นหลักฐานการรับเงินของร้าน
- บันทึกการใช้งาน เช่น ใครบันทึก/แก้ไขรายการอะไรเมื่อไร ชนิดอุปกรณ์/เบราว์เซอร์ (ไม่เก็บที่อยู่ IP)
2. เราใช้ข้อมูลเพื่ออะไร
- บันทึกและสรุปยอดรับเงินของร้าน ตรวจสลิปจริง/ปลอม และนับเงินปิดกะ
- ควบคุมสิทธิ์ใช้งานและตรวจสอบย้อนหลังว่าใครทำอะไร
- ตอบคำถามของทีมงานผ่านผู้ช่วย AI (ใช้ข้อมูลยอดของร้านเพื่อตอบเท่านั้น)
3. ผู้ให้บริการที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- Cloudflare: โฮสต์เว็บและเก็บฐานข้อมูล
- LINE: รับ-ส่งข้อความในกลุ่มและการเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย LINE
- EasySlip: ตรวจสลิปโอนเงินกับระบบธนาคาร (ส่งรูป/ข้อมูลสลิปไปตรวจ)
- Anthropic (Claude): ผู้ช่วย AI ในกลุ่ม ได้รับข้อความคำถามและข้อมูลสรุปยอดที่จำเป็น
- Resend / ThaiBulkSMS: ส่งรหัสยืนยันทางอีเมล/SMS ตอนเข้าสู่ระบบ (ถ้าเปิดใช้)
4. ระยะเวลาเก็บข้อมูล
รายการรับเงินและบันทึกการใช้งานเก็บไม่เกิน 400 วัน รูปสลิปเก็บไม่เกิน 180 วัน หลังจากนั้นระบบลบอัตโนมัติ
5. สิทธิ์ของคุณ
ขอดู แก้ไข หรือลบข้อมูลของคุณได้ที่ หน้าขอลบข้อมูล หรืออีเมล fancworld@gmail.com
6. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

1. Information we collect
- Staff account data: name, email or phone (or LINE user ID) when signing in.
- Messages in the shop's LINE group that are system commands, with the sender's LINE display name.
- Transfer slip and receipt images sent to the group or uploaded in the back office, used to verify and keep as proof of payment.
- Usage logs: who recorded/changed what and when, device/browser type (no IP address stored).
2. How we use information
To record and summarise the shop's payments, verify slips, count cash at shift close, control access, keep an audit trail, and answer staff questions through an AI assistant.
3. Service providers
Cloudflare (hosting and database), LINE (messaging and sign-in), EasySlip (slip verification), Anthropic (AI assistant), Resend / ThaiBulkSMS (sign-in codes, if enabled).
4. Retention
Payment records and usage logs are kept for up to 400 days; slip images up to 180 days; then automatically deleted.
5. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data via the data deletion page or by emailing fancworld@gmail.com.
